 Shadows & Storylines is a voice-only audio series about place, memory, and the quiet influences that shape a life and the stories that come from it.

Each episode is a reflective essay rooted in the Wiregrass of southeast Alabama: family history, travel, loss, and the imperfect pursuit of history. Some episodes focus on people. Others on places. Some on moments that didn’t go as planned but mattered anyway.

This isn’t a how-to podcast, and it isn’t a highlight reel.
It’s observation. Stillness. And the long shadows that follow us into the work we do.

Episodes connect loosely, forming an arc that moves from upbringing and family into travel, history, and the process of turning lived experience into story.
